OPEN INTERVIEWS - Open interviews held every Wednesday from 9a - 12p and 1p - 3p at the HR Offices located directly behind Peoria Gaming Center.
CASINO HOST – The Casino Host is responsible to successfully acquire and retain casino guests by providing superior guest service both inside and outside the venue, along with the effective use of complimentary services. A minimum of three years previous experience with both Class II and Class III gaming, preferably in Mississippi or Oklahoma casinos. Previous experience with IGT Advantage desired.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – Establish budgetary guidelines for all food and beverage department operations. Establish prices and portions for products and services within approved profit and plan guidelines. Ensure compliance with Tribal, federal, state and local liquor regulations. Monitor all purchases for the food and beverage department. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN – Perform administrator functions, install computer software and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Requires High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience or equivalent.
PIT SUPERVISOR – Provides leadership and oversees the operation of table games’ activities in the absence of the Blackjack Manager, assuming responsibility with full decision making authority. Previous supervisory experience required. Casino experience not necessary.
POKER DEALER – Responsible for dealing all poker games and ensuring all rules are followed. Previous dealing experience or training preferred. Knowledge of all poker terminology and types of wagering is a plus. Delivers extraordinary guest service to paying guests as well as other employees. Audition required.
VAULT CLERK – Maintain a documented inventory of all cash and other items of cash value in the vault; prepares and issues banks to cashiering stations. Extensive cash handling experience required.
CAGE CASHIER – Conduct accurate monetary transactions which include cashing checks, winning tickets and redeeming chips. Must provide quality guest service at all times, and accurately reconcile issued bank. Extensive cash handling and customer service experience required.
SLOT ATTENDANT – Responsibilities include handling slot machine malfunctions, providing outstanding customer service, verifying customer payouts. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
DROP TEAM – Ensure the Drop process is performed in compliance with gaming regulations and casino internal controls. Participate in the drop process, including the removal of bill acceptor canisters from gaming machines, replacing them with empty bill acceptor canisters, transporting bill acceptor canisters to soft count room.
SERVER ASSISTANT - Provides friendly and efficient food and drink service to restaurant patrons, assuring guests have a favorable dining experience. Evening shift available.
SNACK BAR ATTENDANT - Prepares simple food items such as hot dogs, nachos, pizzas and attends the cash register. Customer Service experience helpful.
DISHWASHERS - Responsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly. Food handler’s permit required. Both full-time and part-time positions available.
COOK - Prepare food for cooking and operate fryers and other cooking equipment in Joe's Outback Grill. Assist other cooks and maintain clean food preparation areas. Graveyard shift only. |
